Description

1987 Sunseeker Rapallo 36, designed by Don Shead, with twin 330 hp Sabre 6-cylinder diesel engines, large open cockpit and comfortable accommodation for 4 persons in 2 separate cabins. Both engines were removed and sent to Mermaid Marine (UK) for a major overhaul in 2017. At the same time, all ancillary systems were checked and replaced as required, including new stern gear / shafts, fuel system, exhausts, steering, battery banks and calorifier (last major service carried out in September 2025 which also included new engine raw water through hull fittings). This classic offshore sports cruiser, which once featured in the TV series “Bergerac”, is being offered with a comprehensive cruising specification. Recent upgrades include new anchor windlass, cockpit camper cover and electric outboard motor. British Part 1 Registered.
